Patty Anderson founded Staged Living with over 30 years of experience in corporate America, where she managed partnerships and built strong client relationships.

Design has always been a passion of hers. Over the years, she has helped friends and clients with staging, paint selections, and space planning—expertise she now brings full-time through partnerships with realtors.

Having lived in the DC area for more than 20 years and owned multiple properties, Patty brings valuable hands-on experience in renovations and homeownership. Staged Living’s goal is to create warm, inviting spaces that help buyers feel at home while helping listings sell faster and with stronger offers.
