Home Assessment

$350 — 90-minute comprehensive walkthrough of your home. Includes room-by-room written recommendations and a detailed decluttering checklist. The full $350 is credited toward Photo-Ready Styling when booked within 3 days.

Photo-Ready Styling

$850 — Everything in the Home Assessment plus a return visit before your photo shoot. Two to three hours of hands-on furniture arrangement, color coordination, and décor styling using your existing pieces.

Organized walk-in closet with shelves of folded clothes, storage bins, and hanging garments.

Declutter & Organize

$100/hour — 3-hour minimum. Professional decluttering and storage organization. Perfect for sellers who need hands-on help getting show-ready before listing.
