Home Assessment

$350 —‍ ‍90-minute in-person walkthrough of your home. You'll receive a comprehensive written staging and showing-readiness report — including room-by-room recommendations, a prioritized action plan, and a showing-ready checklist.

Photo-Ready Styling

$850 —‍ ‍A single hands-on styling visit to arrange furniture, coordinate color, and style décor using your existing pieces. Covers up to 4 spaces (e.g. Entryway, Living room, Dining room, Primary Bedroom, etc.)

Organized walk-in closet with shelves of folded clothes, storage bins, and hanging garments.

Declutter & Organize

$100/hour — 3-hour minimum. Professional decluttering and storage organization. Perfect for sellers who need hands-on help getting show-ready before listing.
