2BR properties. Includes 7 staged spaces: Everything in Debut plus a Home Office. Our most popular package.

2–3BR properties. Includes 9 staged spaces: Classic plus an additional Bedroom & Bathroom. The go-to for townhomes and larger condos.

Larger homes. Includes 10 staged spaces: Signature plus an additional Bedroom & Bathroom. Premium furnishings for premium listings.

Additional spaces such as outdoor/patio areas, media rooms, or extra bedrooms available as add-ons. All packages include a design plan, professional installation, expert styling, 30-day rental, and removal after sale. Extensions available — flexibility when your listing needs it.
